Remember how Obama kept saying to leave his wife alone, even though she was out there campaigning for him and saying stupid things? Obama told Pastor Rick Warren that he always consults his wife when making decisions.
"There are so many people that are constantly helping to shape my views and my opinions. You mentioned one person I'd be listening to, and that's Michelle, my wife, who is not only wise, but she's honest. And one of the things you need, I think, any leader needs is somebody who can get up in your face and say boy, you really screwed that one up. You really blew that."
Well, if he consults Michelle and she is constantly helping to "shape" his views and opinions, then she is certainly fair game when it comes to determining what kind of person she is and what her political, social, religious, and moral beliefs are.
I'm sure libs out there are going to say, well, he said that in terms of his personal life, not administrion. They will say, Obama said later on that in "terms of administration ... blah blah blah." Baloney. He never said that he would not consult Michelle for his presidency. First, he said that he would be "listening to" Michelle. Then when he talked about in "terms of the administration," his reference was about not restricting himself to just three advisors, not that he would not consult Michelle.
